Overheard this weekend...

From the minister at my friend's wedding:

"You may be widowed. You may become estranged. You may become divorced. But you'll never become unmarried."

Later that day in between the ceremony and reception:

"A nine year old girl in my class asked me where to buy condoms!"

You know you live in Kitchener when...

Driving home in Kitchener, on a busy street, I'm forced to seriously slow down to a ... trot because there is a horse drawn buggy in front of me right there smack in the city-- complete with couple and child all dressed in black! I'm too amused to care that it's going to take me quite a while to get home!  And I don't know how to turn this underline off...
